POLICY: A deposit of 50% is required on all advance reservations of 2 or more nights. Full payment required for a one night stay. A minimum stay is generally required for holidays, weekends and during our summer season. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the day of arrival in order to insure a refund. Your deposit will be refunded promptly less a $35.00 cancellation fee. In the event you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, your full deposit will be forfeited.
Check/Cash or Credit Card for deposit and full payment due at time of arrival. A $40 fee will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient-funds.
