POLICY: A deposit of 50% is required on all advance reservations of 2 or more nights.  Full payment required for a one night stay.  A minimum stay is generally required for holidays, weekends and during our summer season.  Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the day of arrival in order to insure a refund.  Your deposit will be refunded promptly less a $35.00 cancellation fee.  In the event you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. 

 

Check or Credit Card for deposit and full payment due at time of arrival.  A $40 fee will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient-funds.
